Huffmaster Crisis Response is recruiting experienced Maintenance Mechanics to work during a possible labor dispute located in Rhode Island. This job action could occur end of June 2024
Pay Rate: $50/hour
Weekly Guarantee: 60-Hours (If Ready, Willing, and Able to Work Each Scheduled Shift)
Requirements:
- Perform preventive maintenance/repairs on conveyor systems and warehouse equipment
- Perform troubleshooting of conveyor system/mechanical, electrical and control systems.
- Responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment within the Distribution Center.
- Perform preventive maintenance and maintain freight handling industrial trucks and forklifts, support equipment such as air compressors, plumbing, lighting and basic electrical.
- Experience in basic and complex diagnostic and troubleshooting as well as routine repairs on mechanical equipment.
- Perform basic welding repairs and fabrication as needed.
- Perform project work to support warehouse operations.
