Trevor joined Huffmaster in 2016, bringing with him a strong background in financial analysis and strategic planning. He has provided executive assistance to develop short and long-term company goals, plans, and development strategies. Trevor’s leadership in finance and development has been recognized through speaking engagements at international conferences with 15,000+ attendees. His expertise and vision have been invaluable to the company’s success.

Scott Gane

Scott Gane is the Group President of Protective Services at Huffmaster. He is responsible for the day-to-day management of the administration, operation, and financial health of the division. He is also responsible for the security consulting line of business for the company. In that capacity, he manages security program evaluation, corporate policy and procedure development, training, federal security compliance initiatives (with an emphasis on CFATS, MARSEC and CTPAT), corporate investigations, security risk, threat, and vulnerability analysis, and business risk management. He is the former President of Gane Security Solutions, LLC, a Michigan corporation with similar services.

As the former Senior Security Manager at General Atomics of San Diego, CA, a diverse company with interests in several vertical markets (nuclear, defense, energy, aerospace, chemical, biofuels, mining, pharmaceuticals and critical manufacturing), Scott provided supporting security deliverables consisting of physical and information technology security, risk identification and mitigation, personnel and executive protection, information assurance, loss prevention and internal investigations, national industrial security programs and related services.

He is a former Vice President of AlliedBarton Security Services of King of Prussia, PA, heading up specialized service offerings in the chemical, petrochemical, and energy (including nuclear power) areas.
As the Regional Vice President for Initial Security of San Antonio, TX, Scott was responsible for the overall management and corporate oversight of 10 branch offices. In addition, he provided risk identification and mitigation, technical support, and design configurations for loss prevention (security, fire, and safety) systems at various client locations throughout the country.

Scott also worked as the Director of Loss Prevention for Tootsie Roll Industries in Chicago, IL. He developed their first comprehensive physical security and safety program for their 2.1 million square foot facility in Chicago, as well as physical security programs for the rest of their global manufacturing, distribution, and sales operations.

Additionally, Scott was the Senior Security & Fire Prevention Administrative Compliance Coordinator for the D.C. Cook Nuclear Power Plant in Bridgman, MI. He is also a veteran of the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety, serving as one of the first firefighters/paramedics in the department and later as a sworn police officer.

Scott is a 27-year ASIS International member and currently serves as a committee member for Fire & Life Safety Committee within the organization. He is board certified in security management and holds the title of Certified Protection Professional (CPP). He also served as a committee member for the development of ANSI Standards on Workplace Violence Prevention and Intervention, Risk Assessments, and Investigations, which were subsequently published.

Scott is a frequent speaker on safety and security-related subjects and has spoken at businesses, colleges, universities, seminars, and organizational meetings throughout the country. He has been published in several industry trade magazines and has made numerous radio and television appearances on various security-related topics.

Anne Young is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Huffmaster, where she is responsible for strategically guiding the company’s growth, shaping its vision, and enhancing brand visibility. Her role includes developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, providing visionary leadership, fostering innovation, and producing sales forecasts and reports. Anne leads the sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets, penetrate new markets, and cultivate client relationships while overseeing comprehensive marketing plans.

Previously, Anne served as Senior Sales Director and Area Vice President at Gallagher, significantly contributing to client portfolio success. She also held the position of Vice President of Sales at Sococo Inc., securing top Fortune 100 customers like GE, Schneider Electric, Intuit, and Dow Jones. At Avaya, as GE’s Global Sales Director, she managed strategic relationships with GE’s top executives.

Anne is also an accomplished speaker and active community member. She shares sales strategies as a guest speaker at Tom Hopkins International Inc., and serves on the Board of Trustees for the Oakland Schools Education Foundation in Michigan, raising funds and building community awareness.
