Requirements:
- Updated Work History, Including:
- 10-Years of Driving History (If Applicable)
- All Employment History/Gaps in the Last 3-Years
- 2. Current DOT Long Form for Medical Exam (If On File)
- 3. Current DOT Medical Card/Certificate
- 4. Current CDL License Front & Back
We Provide:
- Hotel accommodations
- Daily per diem to cover meal expenses and incidentals
- Air travel or reimbursed mileage if less than 300 miles
