Pay rate varies based off specialty

  • At least one year of verifiable experience working in a specific specialty within the last 3 years at an acute care facility
  • An active and valid Minnesota RN License (we will be assisting and reimbursing for the licensing or  renewal process for those qualified and approved candidates)
  • A complete credentialed medical file (Titers, Certifications, Physical, TB etc)
We Provide:
  • Hotel accommodations, two people to a room
  • Daily per diem to cover meal expenses and incidentals

Huffmaster Companies specializes in Healthcare Crisis Staffing. We work across the country assisting hospitals and nursing homes when then have labor disputes or are in need of additional staff.

When we have a new opportunity we contact those that have an application on file with us and have the licensing needed. Depending on the State and the size of the hospital, there are times when we will assist and pay for an RN to get that States license.

The pay rates vary depending on the facility. Typically the pay ranges from $45-$55/hr with a minimum guarantee (for labor disputes).

Requirements:

  • Must have 1 year of experience working in your specialty within the last 3 years
  • Must be up-to-date within current file requirements
  • Must have active RN License

We provide:

We are recruiting experienced Packaging, Warehouse and Loading operators for milling facilities located throughout the United States for a possible Labor dispute that could occur at anytime.

Pay Rate $28 per hour
48 Hours per week guarantee for each full week if you are ready, willing and able to work each scheduled shift

Job Requirements:

Complete the processing, transferring, packing, loading, shipping, and receiving of all outbound materials while maintaining sanitation throughout the plant and warehouse to ensure safety, food safety, and sustain an infestation-free facility.

Skill Requirements

  • Coordinate the transferring, packing, loading, and unloading of all flour and feed products.
  • Ensure that all food safety rules, plant safety rules and general sanitation, including blowing-down (appropriately), vacuuming, mopping, washing, etc.
  • Preventative Maintenance/Repairs, such as (but not limited to) working sifters, inspecting the yard tractors, fork-lifts, packer items, cleaning equipment internally, etc. 
  • Load Feed Trucks and complete associated documentation when necessary
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds or more.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Clean up (sweeping, vacuuming, hosing, & shoveling)

Job Summary

  • The Utility person has a few position-specific tasks and then relieves other positions for break/lunch as needed. 
  • Position Specific Tasks: The Utility position is tasked with loading trucks (commodity, dust & screenings), clean up, braking railcars, measuring bin levels, and other tasks as assigned. 
  • Relief Tasks:  The Utility position relieves in the rail unload, the tower, and the barge unload as needed for breaks/lunches. 
  • Access to many of the areas where the Utility work is done is by stairs or fixed ladders.

Job Summary

The locomotive operator runs the locomotive to move full cars around the track and into the rail unload and then pushes empty cars onto the track out onto the main line for removal.  The Locomotive operator will also push to the stub track if any car needs repair.  The locomotive operator takes direction from the switchman.  The locomotive operator's cab is heated, but has no air conditioning.  There are windows that open to provide outside air.  The locomotive operator is required to inspect the locomotive at the start of each shift.  When rail car movement is slack, the locomotive operator will clean the engine as necessary.  As needed, the locomotive operator is also responsible to see that the engine is fueled and has correct oil levels.  The locomotive operator also loads on sand as needed for traction.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Operate track unload cart
  • Communicate with locomotive
  • Rig bad doors to get them open, if possible and if not, flag them as bad and communicate this to the control room.
  • Mark off cars on the track sheet as they are unloaded and verify numbers match.
  • Access the top of the rail car, open doors, and poke grain to achieve flow.
  • Use tools to puncture plugs on the rail car door opening to achieve flow.
  • Adjust knuckle when coupling does not occur when switching sets
  • 85-90% of the time, the operator simply operates the cart, controls the indexer, and marks off cars as they are unloaded.
  • 5% of the time, the operator will communicate with locomotive and ensure good coupling when switching out sets
  • 5% of the time, the operator will have to deal with non-functional car doors, plugs, or other grain flow problems.
